Compassion is a strength


You must have both strength and compassion.
 It is not good to have one without the other.


Our weaknesses are really our strengths; coming from another direction.

Knowing how to adapt and flow with changes allows you to be relaxed and free. To gather these states of total freedom do not hold any tension. Be Relaxed. This relaxed state will extend to your heart and from there more compassion will flow into your day to day dealings. Live well. Laugh often!

 The mind is sharper than any sword. Watch what you think and watch what you say to yourself and to others.
